Fabulous service by the office ladies since the guys were busy.

I called three different times last Saturday to find out what the wait time was for the day. All three times I got transferred to Jim's voicemail. Once I got there, I stood in line in back of two other people. Finally Jim came to assist. He was very helpful and apologized for being shorthanded. It just baffles me on why only one person would be able to help me. It really does seem that service has gone downhill. I do however love the automated receipts and text messages. That was cool to get a quote via text message.

good services & nice waiting room.

Went in for a safety check and everything went smoothly and timely. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful, but when it came time to pick up my car , they couldn't find my keys. The salesperson was trying to be helpful and concern asking all the workers who parked my car and everyone replied with a "not me". Then 5 minutes later a worker came up to the salesperson and said here it is, it was hanging on the board. Where it was clearly not on the board 5 minutes earlier. Why couldn't that worker just admit it was in his pocket instead of making the salesperson look bad. No class.

As always, they get right on your reservation. Folks are courteous and friendly ... and they still have coffee. Made another appointment while there. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

The service manager was able to provide the service I requested readily and my car was ready in less time than he originally told me.

I love going to lex brodies it'd a one stop shop for all of my vehicle maintenence needs.

Had to wait a bit to get helped but other than that the service was friendly and smooth.
