I was sent here by the hubby to be to get the car aligned after he did some replacement work to whatever underthings are under a car - I have no idea what lol. Anyway, we were able to make an appointment they day prior for next day service, and we were quoted about a 1.5 hour job time. My appointment was at 730 so early enough that there wouldn't be a crazy backlog of pushed appointments. They open at 7am so I was hoping I got their early enough to avoid any delays. I got there about 15 minutes before my appointment and was able to check I soon enough - luckily I beat the line that was forming behind me. I figured I would wait in the waiting room and enjoy my breakfast I brought with me and catch up on emails . I was pleasantly surprised when I was told at 815am they were done. I enjoyed some waiting room coffee and football highlights that were playing on the tv. The ac in the waiting room was really nice - especially since it's been so hot lately! Bonus for the quick and friendly service, and double bonus for the Yelp VIP 15% discount I was able to redeem for checking in! I really appreciate the computer report of the alignment adjustments that were done as well - just so I have proof for the hubby it was done. This is my first time using Lex Brodie but I definitely not my last! Thanks again Lex Brodie!

I'm disapponted because I said I wanted to fix my right front tire and didn't check the invoice because I was in a rush to get to another appointment. Turns out I paid for a valve for my right rear tire and the screw remains. Can't ding them for that, still I'm super bummed. On a side note, they have great customer service and an awesome waiting room.
