I was disappointed at how long the repairs took. And the cost was unusually high. In the past, the cost of repairs was well below other quotes from other repair shops. This time, the cost was higher than even the Toyota dealers quote.

Overall service was very good. But was told by rep they would look into discounts that would be eligible for AAA, coupons, corporate. But was not on the bill when I checked out. Did get the AAA discount after telling the clerk though. But don't know if that was the best or all I was eligible for.

Very fast service and the only place we called that actually patches tires instead of just plugging them. Convienient location too, my wife and I just walked over to the shopping center across the road and spent the time there.

I remember when Lex was alive and in charge simple things like rotating tires were less than 1/2 hour. Today it takes 2-3 hours. What changed?

I can't say enough good things about this establishment. My wife wrote a review about our experience here and I just have to add to my appreciation and amazement at the exceptional service and staff! I dropped off my vehicle at around 9am for a safety inspection and to fix my tire that had a nail in it. I was expecting a long wait and a boat load of issues. Instead, the car was done in about an hour and a half (it's the weekend, I'm OK with that) and I had no issues and they fixed the nail in my tire! The woman with whom I left my keys and car was so polite and kind to my family, she really made me feel at home and like a friend more than a customer. I will definitely tell everyone to head on over to Lex for their automotive needs!!!!

Cooper, store manager, has not returned my phone call of Tuesday, 11/17/15. Tire rotation was not completed in the normal time of 1.5 hours. I checked in at 8:22am and had to out by 10:00. No update by staff to inform me that work could not be completed on time, until an inquiry was made around 9:30.
