Had a question about the tire and sound and both girls were very pleasant and courteous to my problem. After waiting, I went up to see how my car was doing and the 2nd girl just jumped up and got my questions answered. If my problem is not resolved by my warranty, I will definitely back.

Called to make an appointment on a busy Friday for a nail in the tire which was covered in the tire protection plan. The crew at Lex's Kaneohe were able to fit me in. No problems. Quick and fast and no charge because it was covered in the warranty. No hassles and I am back on the road...

junior and his gang are nothing short of great! I have been to other locations and have not seen the degree of synergy that the kalihi location has.

Always prompt and friendly service on tires, oil changes, etc.. This visits was to replace starter. Took one week to get done and very difficult to get updates on progress or estimates of completion time.

Took 2 days to get my BMW back to change the thermostat (I did it myself before in 2 hours). I got my car back night before last. Overheated on my way home from work last night. When I got my car back, there was a black rag in my passenger seat, and a screw in my left front tire. I paid $570.94 just to bring it back ASAP because it is worse than when I dropped it off. We will see what happens next.

courteous service, comfortable room, tv, is good, but wish an appointment could be done so no need to spend one hour there for only a safety check.
