Lex Brodie's was the best in assisting with an emergency car situation on the H-1 East Bound on the Waipahu Viaduct. Without their team of professionals we still may be out there dodging the cars zooming by us at 70 miles per hour. They helped arrange a tow truck to get us off the dangerous highway and helped with getting the tow truck driver paid (low on cash). They added cost to the bill. With Lex Brodie's professional and helpful staff the car would not be back on the road again after the repairs were done. Thank you very much!!

Lex Brodie's was the best in assisting us with an emergency car situation on Saturday, August 2, 2015. Car broke down on the Waipahu viaduct east bound in the afternoon. I call Lex Brodie's to make arrangements to have the car towed from the H-1 to the Pearlridge location through John Kelly and the Pearlridge manager, Freddie. They went above and beyond by providing a phone number for a tow truck and assisted in advancing the funds (charged to our bill) since we were out of cash for the tow truck driver. Totally above and beyond the call of duty. Repairs were made on Monday and we are back on the road again. Lex Brodie's is the best of the best!! Thank you very much!!

The worst service I have ever recieved. Went there for a safety check around 5:10pm after work and one of the men said they stop doing safety checks at 5pm. I went in two days later after work, I got there at 4:15pm on a Friday and another man said he was not doing anymore safety inspection because he never had a lunch break. I have never heard of that before! I went back in and the guy who first told me that they don't take safety inspections after 5pm was there and gave me some long story of how he couldn't do my safety because of my insurance. I tried to ask if I had a different type of proof of my insurance if he would take it because I talked to my Geico Insurance and they said they should accept it, he said NO. I was very upset ! This was the 3rd time that I received bad service from these men. I went to the Goodyear in Waipahu and they did my inspection with NO PROBLEM. I received horrible service from these 2 men who were too LAZY to do their job and I lost all respect for them. I know the Lex Brodies in Aiea is much better and have way better customer service !

Very fast service. Changed all 4 tires with a balance in under two hours. Everyone was friendly and very pleasant.

I had flat tire, came to LB they told me to wait about 1 Hr but they finished the job in a 1/2 Hr. Professional and kind reception and service. Very pleased with service.

Brooke is awesome! Professional, efficient (gets things done), and always a pleasure to work with. We sublet our alignments here and whenever she's taking care of the front desk... everything is a breeze!
