Called Saturday night for an appointment. Got set up next morning at 10:30 AM. Obtained two new tires and alignment. All is great.

I called around for just one tire replacement cuz my tire blew last week. So driving around with a spare and pregnant wasn't safe either. But my boss insisted to get it changed ASAP. And thank God lex brodies is able to do walk-ins. So I drop off my car in the morning and got a decent price for just one tire. Since I work nearby, by lunch time after 1:40 pm I got a call that it's ready. So when I picked it up, they told me I need to do my brake repairs soon. So I figure that it's just as important as changing the rest of all 3 tires. When I came to my car I seen my new tire changed and they shifted all my tires around. My front driver tire blew but now it's in the back driver side. Within, time I will come back for the rest of my tires and change my brakes!

I have been coming here for years. Delsi is awesome and gives the best customer service overtime.

The mechanics did a good job on my car-oil change and battery replacement. The only problem was that they started working on my car almost two hours after the time of appointment.

First of all I would like to commend the employees of LexBrodies, recently I visited PR and Waipahu(both) facilities for a wonderful job. Their customers service is great, very accommodating and make you feel treated like a "queen" as they as wait for your car to be serviced. They would give an approximate time when finish and this will make you decide as to come back or wait for it. The staff are great, very helpful and respectful and you don't feel like you've been rushed when talking to them. I like their service and attitudes. Keep up with the good job!

my husband has always used Lex Brodie and I have always took care of my tires at Honda because I own a Pilot. I noticed something wrong with my tire yesterday 8/20/15 around 4pm and called Lex Brodie. The person who took my call was very nice and told me to bring my car in. From the time i got there till I left I was treated with great respect and the staff was extremely thorough and timely. I will definitely take my car to Lex Brodie in Kaneohe from now on. Everyone there was working like crazy, but yet they were all so accommodating and took the time to answer my questions. Your staff at the Kaneohe location should be acknowledged for their good work.
