I still give this place one star. In all fairness, Scott Williams reached out to me in an attempt to correct the situation. Too late. Lex Brodie's can't make it right after two such horrible experiences and a vow by me never to patronize again. They cannot refund me, cannot redo the work as I had corrections done at Firestone, (nothing but five stars plus for the staff at the Dillingham location). Again, thank you Mr. Williams but your sales team and Manager need a good education in customer service. NEVER, NEVER ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER, especially in front of other would be customers, never insist that you are right! Always, always try to have the customer leave happy! You never know who that customer KNOWS.
