I have always had excellent service at Lex Brodies. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I'm glad they have a convenient location in town and plan to continue to have my car serviced there.

Busy location, over two hours to get a visual estimate. Work was performed properly and quicker afterwards. Price is comparable with other places, but unsure car needed all recommended services.

made an appointment two weeks in advance. I was assured that they could the work. When I got there, I had t wait around 20 minutes while the customer service rep searched for a part and helped other customers. Ridiculous

i bought tires before but for some reason the info was not in the computer. I called to schedule an appointment to put on 4 new tires. Gave all the info and thought all I had to do was drop off my car....got there and had to repeat all info. While waiting for my daughter to pick me up, the service guy asked if I had an alignment problem because tires were pretty worn and would need new tires soon. Told him that's why I was there. The invoice showed work for tire rotation and alignment only 😳. Lucky I was still there otherwise they would have only rotated the tires & alignment. Once corrected everything was fine.
