Outstanding service. I have had 3 punctures repaired here in the last month. They (at Lex Brodies) are always courteous, quick, took me without an appointment twice including once on a Sunday afternoon. Who else does that.

I went to lex Brodie's today in need of all new tires. I'm so glad I went here. It all started on Saturday when my tire blew out. I went to Sams club and was turned away cause they were too busy. I was quoted at Sams club for $450. Yikes!! They didn't even have all 4 tires and was told I could come back in 3 days when an order came in. I didn't feel safe driving around on a spare so decided to look else where. Unfortunately on Sunday's A LOT of tire places are closed but luckily Lex Brodie's was open till 4pm. I called ahead and asked if walk ins were ok and I was told "no problem". I got to the shop at 1:30pm and my car was paid and processed by 1:45pm. They were also doing a special if you bought 4 tires you got a $100 off. I ended up paying about $385 which was a much better price then I expected. They had a great customer lounge with free wifi and AC. By 2:45pm my car was ready and waiting for me to go. The ladies were nice and welcoming and so was their tire guys who advised about different levels of quality I could pick for my car. On the drive home I couldn't believe how smooth my car felt on the road. Hopefully I won't have to change my tires for quite a while but when I do I will definitely go back to Lex Brodie's.

On Saturday morning, I phoned to schedule an oil change and to purchase a new car battery. Delsy gave me the option of coming in on Saturday or Sunday. Wonderful! I thought I had to wait until Monday, which is a workday for me. Jordan did the work, left my car clean--no dark smudges, etc. I depend on LB for frequent tire pressure and fluid checks; they always accommodate me. Thank you!

Got some new tires for the car today...good thing they have a 15% Yelp discount if you check in, saved $80! Wish they would've cleaned up the rims after put tires back on...

Follow up. Asked a shade tree mechanic friend about the need to replace all four tires. He suggested taking the flat tire to the corner gas station. I did. They looked at it and merely replaced the valve stem, for FREE! Over two years later, the same tire is still inflated and holding up its quarter of the vehicle. And I'm a loyal customer of the corner gas station. While I can change my own oil, filters, etc., I now take it to the corner gas station for all preventive and demand maintenance. Now why did the "experts" at LB tell me the tire was too old, it was leaking from cracks in the side, and I would have to replace all four tires or else it would damage the drive train and void the warranty? On a 2000 vehicle? Sounds like a canned sales pitch. Hmm? Pono? 'A'ole! Leai! From reading other reviews, seems they treat aunties/tutus/lo'omatua poorly. I didn't agree with his politics, but Lex Brodie ran a tight ship (shop). Too bad he sold out.
