Always a great job! Dependable, Reliable. Always seem to have Tires we need at such a short notice, besides the other available services there.. other vendors would need to back order!!!

I was advised the job would be about done in 90 minutes. I came back at that time and the job had not even started. It took another hour before the job was done. However; the job was done well and your rep came and apologized.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I asked Kekoa about my windshield wiper noise and he told me as long it's not streaking, don't replace it. I am pleased that he is not pushing the sale and think for me. Mahalo for the service. The waiting room is nice for people who are waiting for their service. I brought my iPad and I use the free WiFi to watch movie which was good!

I appreciated the quick service to replace the tire after the sidewall was torn, but was very disappointed that I was charged (overcharged ?) to replace the lug bolt that broke off. It had only been two months or so since your shop rotated the tires, I feel that the nut was cross-threaded when it was replaced and some of the responsibility falls on your company. It also seems that the labor charge of $140/hr. is quite excessive. The entire process took less than one hour to replace the tire and bolt/nut (cost $12).

I'm glad I took my car to Lex Brodie's in Honolulu, because they did an outstanding job putting a new four tires to my car. Previously, I went to Sears in Pearlridge and I think they did not do as good of a job replacing my tires. Thanks Lex Brodie's staff!!!
