The staff and mechanics were helpful and courteous. I had a funny noise coming from under the car and they diagnosed it promptly and corrected the problem immediately.

Even though the lot was full and everyone seemed extremely busy...I was asked "if I needed help by two additional employees" while someone was already getting my paperwork in order for a simple safety check....

I have been a loyal customer of Lex Brodies' as long as I have owned a vehicle. Been using their Queen Street shop for many years. I like their "quick" service, clean operation, friendly staff, and reputation for fair prices for good work. I recommend and will repeat.

Just copied and pasted my Yelp review. Went to the Queen St location 2 days in a row. Day 1: Camry - Oil change and safety check. Drop off: Very friendly and efficient. Service time: 2.5 hours. Longer than most but better than they rush and strip my drain plug without saying anything like Jiffy Lube. Plus there's a lot of places to eat in the area and an air conditioned waiting room. Price: Comparable to competition I believe for full synthetic oil. Pick up: The girl tells me, " I'll have someone bring your car up for you sir." Nice. Also, while I was waiting for my car, 2 people stopped, smiled and asked me if I was being helped. Very nice. Guy pulls up, removes the protective floor paper, thanks me and I'm on my way. Four stars! Day 2: my Sienna - Oil change. Drop off: Again. Friendly and efficient. Service time: 2.25 hours. Got a call midway saying that my battery, air filter and cabin filter need changing. I ok the battery and tell them I'll do the filters myself. Pick up: This time (another) girl tells me, "Here's your keys. Your car's over there on the left". Not a problem. Just notably different from the previous day. I get to my van and find the glove compartment on the floor. Nice. I replaced it myself as it requires no tools. But if it was someone who didn't know that, then they would've had to wipe their own derrière. A little consistency issue but I'll may still go back. 2.5 stars for the bad taste i was left with. They raised the bar high on day one then konked their heads on it on day two. Average of 2 day experience = 3 stars rounding down for inconsistency.

I was treated very professionally as I arrived, especially with Vashelle in sales. She checked me in at a timely manner and off my car was set-up for the Greenfleet 48 point check up service and others. I was expecting my car to be done in 3-4 hours, but it was finished in about 2 hours. The ONLY thing I ask in the future, is that if you could have a form showing each area of the service that was done to your vehicle with a check mark. I really would have appreciated a hard copy showing this.

Kevin gave us excellent service. The mechanics did a great job of diagnosing and curing the problem with our car. We were inadvertently over-charged for the services but Kevin caught the error and we were reimbursed immediately.
