This visit started out great, got the alignment appointment I requested online, was helped immediately and even scheduled to bring my other car in for the same service when I picked the first one up. 4 1/2 hours later & calling in to check on the status, I was told it wasn't ready and someone will call me soon. I went in anyway. The car was still up on the racks, I paid, asked specifically if the 2nd service would be finished on-time because the first was so long, was assured yes and was told to wait near the car for pickup. The alignment tech didn't know I owned the car, he reversed right in front of me and recklessly sped around to park the car in front of the entrance, when he noticed I had been the one he was looking for all along and I had just seen him speeding around in my car he just said, "oh" and gave me my keys, nothing else. At 5:47 I received the call that the car was ready, I told Gina I was leaving home immediately and would get there at 6, I don't live very far but this was Friday, pauhana traffic time. She said, "6, uh, we close at 6." My suggestion would be to call people sooner if you want them there sooner, not give them attitude because there is such a thing as "travel time." The service preformed on my cars has been satisfactory so far but the customer service I received was disappointing and I ultimately left, and still am upset about my experience.
