Making an appointment for an oil change and then waiting for two hours is NOT a reasonable customer waiting period. It should be done in about an hour. It seems to me you have a staff shortage. I won't be returning to the Kalihi store for servicing.

excellent service and very quick.

During regular maintenance servicing, the staff told me that my 2 front tires needed to be replaced soon. When I mentioned that it may be under warranty, the Lex Brodie team researched the matter, then filed a claim and told me that they will let me know the outcome. Shortly thereafter, I received an email that the claim will be honored and provided me with the estimated cost to replace the 2 tires, net of the claim. After a brief follow up telephone call, I made an appointment to install the tires. I mentioned to others that the Lex Brodie team was super efficient and took care of everything. Keep up the good work.
