didn't have an appointment so had to wait but staff was honest and courteous. the waiting room is very comfortable.

1. Overall, sales associates and staffs are very kind and attentive. 2. I wish there was more transparency and consistency with costs of services. Costs have been inconsistent for the same kind of service. (For ex., I experienced artificial adjustment on overhead/labor costs) 3. The most regrettable part of the service is dishonesty. I once had my flat tire fixed and there I requested to rotate and balance tires. It was also written on the invoice, but the service was not performed. I had to pick up my car at almost closing hours so I couldn't make a complaint (also my sales associate went home already by then), and there was noone who could or was willing to assist with such service(or the lack there of).

The service at Alex Brodie always has great service. They looked over and assessed our non-functioning air conditioner and determined they couldn't fix it for no charge!
