I have called Lex Brodies on Monday afternoon to make an appointment for the next day's (8/18/2015) tire alignment and rotation. An agent (male) has told me that there is no appointment needed for the services and just come in. I replied "Are you sure?" and he has stated "YES, it should be just one hour or a little over". So when we took the car to the Honolulu location next day and a lady asked if we had make an appointment and we told her that we were told there is no need for it when we called yesterday. She asked if we have his name and the answer was a NO. She was NOT HAPPY (e.g., upset) and then Kevin took over the check in and stated he will take care of it and he will call us when is done. At this time it was about 11:00AM. My wife called at 2:00 PM to check on the status and someone told her it is NOT ready and she passed the message to me. I called Kevin at 2:45PM and asked him what is going on and he did not want to tell me what went wrong (as forgotten and the car was just left in the parking lot and no one worked on it). At 2:45PM, Kevin just keeps on telling me how sorry he was for such a long delay. My wife was there while he was talking to me - because she needs to pick up the kids. By 3:00PM, the car was ready. Someone need to look into this BS services because it REALLY PISSED me off. All of my 5 car's tires (in 30+ years) were all purchased from Lex Brodie and all services were excellent. I have even told my kids that they will need to come here for tires when they have their own cars. I would like to have a reply from Lex Brodie as what had happened in that 4 hours of waiting? It does not take 4 hours to have services on tire alignment and rotation. Who dropped the ball?
