I trust my cars to Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe. Their service is excellent and it keeps improving! (imagine that!) Gerard, Ryan, Delcey and the gang are professionals who get the job done in a timely manner at reasonable cost....and are also great folks with heart and a sense of humor. Because I trust these folks....it reduces the stress of fixing the car. That is a gift. Mahalo nui loa!

I came in (08/25) for a Rear Flat tire & was surprised that I was not charged for the repair. I had previously bought 2 front tires from your store, and last time I had a rear flat tire, I was charged for the repair because I had my original tires that I did not purchase from your store. Not consistent, but I'm not complaining. Lehua was very helpful in assisting me and explained that due to the 2 front tires were bought from your store, I shouldn't have being charged the 1st time. She surely made my day !!!! Surely, Customer service is your number #1 goal !!!!

Difficult oil leak. First solution did solve the problem. Second solution solved the problem. Worked with manager to come to a fair resolution on parts & labor.

Your employee JIM greeted me when I arrived at your Waipahu store. He checked me in immediately and told me they would be working on my car right away. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was on my way home. Went in for an annual safety check. Jim is a go-getter and the treatment I received from him was welcomed by me. Good employee.

Very courteous employees and while you wait they keep you updated. Good customer service!

Spoke with the manager on a saturday morning for squeaking belts. He said to bring my truck in and they would look at it without an appointment. They were slammed but he said he didn't want the belt to break on me so they would diagnose and let me know what they found by the end of the day. They finished the job by early afternoon. I am so appreciative of their hard work and great customer service. Thank you very much!!!
