Customer reception was friendly & courteous. Service took less time than expected, I dropped car off at 7am, expected the work to be done around end of day, but work was done by 9:30.

The staff were nice! My car was finished within the time I was told with quality service.

I was there about a week ago for my flat tire. I always go the a Local, middle aged supervisor with the red shirt. I forgot her name but she is so helpful and friendly and always makes me feel comfortable when I ask her for help.She is so cheerful and has a great sense of humor too, please check her name on my last time I was there on August 25, Mahalo

I needed to replace my tires; so, I went to Lex Brodie's Honolulu. I had gotten very good service in the past. However, this time the service I received, or more correctly, the service I did not receive was disappointing. I believe Mr. Brodie would not be very happy too. Specifically, I was promised that the tires would be replaced within an hour and a half to two hours. After waiting for over two hours in the waiting room, I went out to find out what was happening. I saw my car still at the end of a long line of cars. I asked to cancel my order. But the manager, himself, worked on the order and changed the tires in 45 minutes. I am wondering what I will do the next time I need new tires.

Solid service...only reason not 5 stars is my leak couldn't be located the first visit and needed to come back 2 days later.

Excellent customer service. I arrived a little early and the service man just got into work and was not even in uniform yet, he greeted me with a smile and started to help me even though he had not started work! Service was fast fast fast!!!!! Love the AC waiting area...
