Thank you for your $24.00 of "Store Credit) which was activated & issued on 8/26/2015 due to me due to "Promise Time not met" with an invoice number of 1121467. I was pretty mad that day when I asked to make for an appointment for the date of service and was told no need for that......and also missed the pick up time in school. But any way, please forward the e-mail to Koa and tell him thank for his kindness. The original letter and the store card will be mailed out tomorrow and I think you should get it in Wed the latest. Lex Brodie has been very nice to me for the last 30 plus years and changed my 5 car/van tires (Michelin tires twice on each car).

Awesome job and very attentive. They called me to inform me they only have rubber valve stem and Instead of assuming that's what I wanted they called to make sure I was ok with it before installing it. Will go back to do any type of tire service. Keep up the good work and customer service. Thanks you

It was under warranty to replace a tire but all the things I mentioned at the check in wasn't heard... I asked to rotate the tires to use the newer tires to the front and use the one of the tires to use as spare tire. It was crowded and raining hard but I wish they at least check with me before they just gave me the paper. I know your service is always exceptional so I was bit taken back by that.

I went on line to find a place to diagnose my problem concerning my brakes making a loud screeching noise when I pressed on the brake peddle. It didn't happen all the time but enough to give me a warning that something wasn't right. I took the vehicle to Servco and was told that the brakes were fine. They charged me over $100.00 to tell me that. After researching where else to go, my Geico insurance referred Lex Brodie, no. 1 in the world! I was treated kindly as if I was the only customer there. My service rep was Eddy who had a genuine interest in fixing the problem ans would assure me that he would call before repair and let me know the cost. He did and the cost was lower than expected. I also noted that my car looked like it had been washed, (maybe due to the rain fall that evening) however after putting up with this noise for a length of time I got in the car pressed on the brake peddle and found the noise was gone, Amazing, since I had been to various places and no one could resolve the problem. it was quite busy so it took longer than expected to replace 2 tires and do wheel alignment. staff was courteous and professional as always.

Lex Brodie's is a top rate place for tires and alignment. I have been pleased with their service for many years but have recently had an emergency tire issue and they were able to get my car back on the road in a very reasonable time. The staff are knowledgeable and corteous. I brought my car back in to recheck the alignment and they did it without making me feel like I was putting them out of their way, even though the allignment was fine.
