The staff took care of a tread separation problem quickly and efficiently, while making me feel welcome. I feel rewarded for returning to this location. The manager actually looked up the origin of the bad tire, and determined its age. Thank you to the Kalihi store.

I had a flat tire (purchased at LB) and left it with the staff. One and one-half hours later I received a phone call saying I had picked up a nail and that it was fixable. What good news! The next morning I came in and the staff swapped out my 'donut' for the repaired tire. Another good news...no charge because I bought the tire there. WOW! Cooper and the service staff were helpful and very nice. Thank YOU very much!

I noticed some wear on the front tires and thought I could get away with just changing out the front two tires. Called around, seemed that only Lex Brodie's had the wheels in stock for the model of my car. Waited for the boyfriend to get home before zip-lining it down to the Lex Brodie's Honolulu location on Queen street. We didn't have an appointment and we got there around 330pm. We were greeted by a salesman who checked us in and inspected all four wheels of our car. He gave us the usual obligatory advice to change out all four wheels and then took the order and keys and we went on our merry way. It was quick, easy, and efficient. Best part was location, location, location. We took a leisure walk to Ward Warehouse while we waited on the car to be serviced. We had just enough time to have some food and some fun when we got the phone call only an hour and a half later that our car was ready for pickup. We walked back and saw our car ready and waiting for us. The new tires looked really nice and the service included rotating our tires so that the new wheels were installed on the rear. The only issue was that we noticed some rim damage that we had never noticed before on one of our tires. Showed the observed damage to the cashier and she reported that the damage was present prior to service. I was very happy about the service until I noticed the damage. Tried to get over it but it bugged me that I had not noticed damage before. Emailed manager about the service and received a prompt and friendly response. Customer service was excellent. He apologized for the problem and offered to replace the damaged rim. I had the damaged rim replaced and the company kept their word and sent me a check. I am blown away by the professionalism of the management - it was over and beyond my expectations! I don't know too much about the workers but the company does take very good care of their customers!

Mahalo to Jordan and the crew for the excellent service. I just recently had all my tires changed and noticed my mom's car need some maintenance. When I found the Green Fleet Super Check Up online I had to go for it. They listened as I shared some of the issues my mom's car was having and went above and beyond to have those issues addressed. They even forgave me when I ended up having to pick up the car a whole day AFTER it was ready for pick up!! Excellent service, kind people to work with and right in my hometown - that just can't be beat!
