I brought my car in around 12:30, I had to get my car battery charged up. But, I had asked whether it could get done by 3:30. No problem, he had the mechanic right on it as soon as I left. Done by 2pm.

Today just wasn't their day. Everyone seemed preoccupied. Waited in line first thing in the morning and waited and waited.... Normally some acknowledges you, this time just was ignored. Eddie went beyond his dirties with my truck or I would have rated lower. Upon picking up my truck The little blonde cashier seemed annoyed. Never greeted or thanked me. Got my truck back and I am use it them putting on tire dressing for me, after all I did buy the tires there... Any way they didn't do it this time. Sadly not their finest day. Out of the norm, so they get a pass on this one. I'll be watching more the next time.

My second visit to Lex, Service was great as usual however, I had to wait an hour extra even though I had booked an 8am appointment schedule.

Service and quality of your work is great. A nice touch to your work would be to clean up the wheel and tire before delivering to the customer.
