I received immediate service, but wasn't informed of the Hawaiian Miles program. A friend informed me and said to mention it to them upon picking my car up. They immediately assisted me with signing up. Overall, the service was great, just need to mention the available programs for those that may be interested, like me.

Courteous service and attentive to customer needs.

Had problems with vibrations/ "shuddering" at higher speeds. Had to replace two tires. Done at a reasonable price and time.

The service is always great. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that they are always busy so you have quite a wait, which I don't mind since they are so nice, and it is very warm in the waiting area which can be uncomfortable.

I chose "Lex Brodie" to repair my Toyota AC system after viewing "Repair Pal" rating web page. Customer service is very good, but cleanliness and workmanship needs work. I had to return two additional times for rework which cost me additional time and expense. The front interior carpet ,and parts of the door panel and passenger seat were left dirty, not the same condition prior to service.

Out standing service

Warranty wheel alignment. Called for appointment; employee very accommodating in searching for a convenient time. Checking in not bad, but took the last 'real' parking space - customer behind me had to stop in the driveway/aisle. Signing in pretty quick as returning customer. Got 'finished' call and returned - only hiccup was car had to wait in the work area, not the lot, so the key was left in the car, probably for convenience in moving it. Front service could not find the key in the 'finished' rack, but eventually the car was found with the key. Everyone cheerfully hustled.

I had tried making an appointment online but never received a response. Therefore I called and was told no response meant the appointment time requested was not available. I made an appointment for a green oil change. The place was quite busy when I arrived but I was served promptly. When I paid my bill, I was expecting a summary of findings/results of checks/inspections that were done on the vehicle in the process of doing the work that I had signed up for. The person who processed my payment asked the person, who I am guessing oversaw the work (VH), told the cashier what to annotate on your records. I asked if I could have that info with my receipt and was told yes. However, there is nothing on my invoice except breakdown of costs of services provided. I am thinking that there are things that will probably need attention in the near future and we as a customer should be made aware of them. Can I get a copy of the findings you have on your records?
