Great Customer Service the staff is friendly helpful, courteous gave me a call that the mechanics will be in by a certain time. The wait time for my appointments in always on time the waiting period for my car to be repaired is very efficient. I'm very Satisfied overall the services and loyalty the employees are too me. I would recommend to anyone what Lex Brodie's have too offer to U.S. Customers. Awhile ago I had a flat tire I called Lex Brodie's one of the employee came too my assistance where I had a flat with the company car, he assisted me with a temporary tire and followed to the Pearl Ridge store, where he helped me find a new tire I purchased. Great services..

Scheduled an appointment online two days in advanced to remove a screw and patch/plug the tear. You're asked to select two preferred days and times that you would like for your appointment. The response and confirmation was timely done via email. When I pulled up, the gentleman checking me in took a little longer than I expected. During the check in process, I was given an estimate of how much my repair would cost ($26). I was then directed to the waiting area where two other people were waiting already. I've gotten the same exact service done at another location in under 30 minutes. On this day, however, it took close to an hour so I was a little impatient. All in all, I am so far satisfied with the repair. But maybe next time I'll consider going to the other location.
