I appreciated the courteous, timely, professional ,friendly service I received as I walked in just an hour before your closing time Monday 9/14/15 . The staff were able to get me new 4 new tires , wheel alignment. I told them I could come back for the wheel alignment since it was so close to closing I didn't want them to stay later than closing, they told me they could do it. I drove away relieved that I would be safe with new tires and wheel alignment. Thank You Very Much!!!

I've had a great experience here for over a year with my tire purchases, rotations, alignments and inspection. Everyone that works here is very nice and helpful. On my last visit I got my car back an hour and a half before the quoted time, which was awesome.

Service is always quick and reliable

Thank you for taking care of my car. I just have to go back because they need to order in the correct light bulb for front lights. I would also like to encourage Lex Brodie's to please take care of the Hawaiian Mileage customers and have the miles credited in a timely manner. It took much effort and talking to so many people and being referred to the wrong place to get my points updated. I think your company has an internal problem in regards to your loyalty program. It was very disappointing.

They do a great job and are very accommodating. Freddy is my contact there and does a great job in getting the best price for your budget. In fact all the workers at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Been going there for tires and oil changes and no problems yet. Will be going back for my vehicles next oil change.

#firsttimer. I came for an oil change and tire rotation, 1 hr 30 min. Maximum wait, to also drain the old oil, should just take 10-15min. .... Good customer service from Malia, but everyone else needs to step it up a notch, its what I think, no excuses...still waiting...I want excellent service on my car, but don't tell me it will be an hour, was literally staring at my car for 45 min. Just sitting there...In the shop...no one has yet followed up with me on the time it will take to finish the service given to my car.. PRO: I will get a free tire rotation, worth $30 from Malia. Nice lounge, would be nice to have a remote sitting around to change the channel. Could be better: Customer Service( be more friendly), able to meet the mechanic who will be working on my car before handing the keys over, employees who check up and follow up on there customers every 30 min. So in conclusion, I was told my car was ready at 1:40pm, although I was confused because it was still in the shop, however Mandy did follow up with me couple days later and apologized for the inconvenience, I also received a $25 gas card, it was nice to know that they do actually care about the customers, and I will give them another try in the future. Mahalo. In addition I also got a $18 refund, I didn't even know they had a customer promise thing, but thank you L&B for keeping your promise.

It took a day and a half, but Maile and the guy in a red shirt fixed an extremely difficult TPMS issue. I was tired, but pleased. The guys in black shirts, not so hot. You already know that. It was incredibly busy on the days I was there. It would be great if you could someday expand that location. Maybe go after the cab drivers that Alan Inaba used to draw in. He was my parent's neighbor, but is now in a care home.
