Very satisfactory! Keep up the good work. I did have an inquiry about the cost breakdown which could have been clarified better, but other than that, my car suspension feels brand new.

second time I have been here, and second time they have not topped off the oil while doing an oil change. I left with the oil 1 quart low and immediately returned and had them add another quart. They were nice and apologized but as I told them about this problem before they did the second oil change I was very unhappy they did the same again.

Efficient, helpful service by counter receptionist; quicker than expected completion of service in changing out my near-5-year-old tires. My only "gulp" moment came the next morning when I looked at the slab of my carport and noticed a tire valve-stem cap at the right side of my car. I looked at both tires on that side and -- voila -- found a cap missing on the front right tire! I screwed it on and then checked the other three tires. Two of them needed another turn or two of the thread. I'm really glad that my eyes picked up on that cap and that it was where it was...had it flown off on my street or the freeway, sayonara!
