dropped of tire and rim for repair, told it would be a little bit, I was okay with that. Called back 3 hours later was told it was going up on the rack. Its just a tire and rim, doesn't require a rack, told I would be called, never received call back, and this morning I get an invoice. Would be nice to get a call back, and get my tire brfore I get an invoice

Eddie's advice about what my options were in getting four new tires was excellent. However, his estimate of how long the completion of the work package would take, given the number of cars ahead of me, was not even close--two hours vs. almost five hours. Fortunately, the Presidential Debates helped pass the time.

Usually rate 5 stars but this time less because a) did not fix cause of "service engine soon" alert that I requested; and b) took over 6 hours to replace radiator with high labor charge.

Went in to get 2 new tires. Was met at the front by a friendly employee who said hi, asked what I needed, then had Jim assist me. Jim was great. Got me the tires I wanted at the price I expected. I did not have an appointment and I was in and out in just under 1 hour. Great experience.

I've bought my tires from Lex Brodie's for years and have always been pleasantly surprised by the quality of their service and good prices.
