Mr.Barney Griggs is the main man there at Lex Brodie. His professional and outstanding customer relationship makes him stand above the other employees. He is always going out of his way to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the workmanship and service that is provided. His knowledge, skills and abilities in the auto service center is just remarkable . Great all around employee in the way he delivers his commitment to please the customer at all times. Should be nominated for employee of the year for 2015 at Lex Brodies at 701 Queen Street in Honolulu.

My car was damaged when installing my new tires. It took 6 days to get it back. When I drove home I found out that my trunk was a mess. He never put back what he took out. Very unhappy with the service.

My experience has always been positive. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted courteously and professionally. Vachelle explained everything to me told me the approximate time my vehicle would be ready. She even recommended a place I could go for breakfast. A fine and rare experience.

My first time going to Lex Brodies and it was a very pleasant experience. I did not know I had a flat tire and was notified by another driver that I had a problem. It was about 4:45 in the afternoon and I did not know where to go. I was near Kakaako and dropped by the store without appointment. Even though it was late, the people really took the time to inspect not only the flat tire but all the tires. Turns out that all the sidewalls were peeling and I did not even notice. All the tires were changed out very fast and I was very pleased with the service and friendliness

My car needed new control arms. Lex Brody gave me an estimate and the actual charge was the same as the estimate. I made an appointment at 7am and there was no wait time to check in. My car was finished before 11am, which was ahead of schedule.
