I recently stooped at your Kalihi store because of a pending flat tire. I was very apprehensive because of a past experience at your Pearlridge store where I felt duped by the gruff salesman with a "used cars salesman" attitude... sold me expensive tires without explaining or detailing the specs that ended up being the wrong tires for my car and purpose. They lasted less than a year and had to be replaced at a competitor with better tires at a fraction of the cost. I pulled up right before closing and Zack immediately greeted me with a smile and a willingness to help, even though the store was closing in 5 minutes. I explained to him my trepidation and previous experience. He was very understanding and apologetic... never once saying anything bad about the Pearlridge location but instead offering to provide me a solution, even if it was only to fill my tires with air. I was so impressed with his professional attitude that I ended up buying two new tires and left very happy and willing to not only return to that location but to also recommend your business at this location. As a business owner, we understand that "stuff" happens and people are not perfect but it is impressive when you receive this type of customer service recovery. Please pass on the compliment.

Service was courteous and reasonably prompt for the early morning walk in. Should consider other ways of identifying customers who want to inquire about service/appointments.

Took all day to get a safety, used to take 10 minutes. Took the car in at 9AM, got the safety at 4:30.
