Although the wait for our vehicles was a little longer than expected, the customer service especially Leimomi was excellent. She always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed.

I would have gave lex Brodie's about 4 stars if it weren't for today. I had good experiences here up until today. 4 out of 5 because their services are on the slower side. Today was just a complete turn off though. I normally go to jiffy lube or a car shop next to chevron in Mililani for my oil change. But last time I had to come to lex Brodie's for a tire change, I got my oil changed and it was really cheap here. So since I was in Aiea, I stopped by lex Brodie's for another oil change. Initially checking in, the girl said it'll take about 1.5 hours. I debated on just going to jiffy lube.. Since its around the corner and would probably take about 30-45 minutes at most... But I said what the heck, I'll just wait. After about 2 hours of waiting and everyone in the waiting room leaving.... I walked up to the front to check up on my car. The girl said, they had only done my tire rotation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rotation I didn't even really care to have gotten which was complimentary!!!!! She said it'll take another 45 minutes for my oil to get changed!!!! I'm literally spending of 2.75 hours waiting for my oil to get changed. I would've gave them 0-1 star, but they're offering me a reasonable discount. I'm pretty upset though. Despite the discount, my time is pretty valuable, esp today when I had a lot of things to get done.. But instead I'm tied up at lex Brodie's waiting room for about 3 hours Just. For. A. Oil. Change. Come here for tires and whatever services they offer. I wouldn't come here for oil change again. Initially I gave it a 2 star, but the front desk girl checking me out had apologized. And warned me about my back brakes.. Which may have to be replaced soon. I appreciate small things like this. I am changing it to 3 stars

The staff is very helpful & friendly. They know their stuff and very quick service.i would recommend anyone to go visit them.

Shorter wait time than expected.

Staff is always very pleasant and accommodating. Service from the maintenance side is efficient. I will continue to be a customer and make Lex Brodie's my first choice for service and maintenance on my vehicles, be it oil change, tire replacement or other mechanical issues. I came in for a flat repair, and the service was fast, and the people were very friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to visit them.

The service was quick and prices were great. The lady that checked me in also kept me updated on things that needed changing, without any sales pressure. She also updated me on the estimated time the job would finish.
