Fast and quality service.

I dropped off my 2004 Toyota Corolla at 8:45am early for my 10:00am Safety Check appointment. I was very pleased to receive a call at 9:30am updating me that my car was done even before my scheduled 10:00am appointment time! :o)

From the first phone call, the service I received was excellent. I was able to come in the day I called, at the end of the day (probably after they're supposed to be taking walk ins). Not only was the floor staff informative and helpful, they were happy to answer questions I had. Customer service really is #1 at Lex Brodies.

Our car was able to be fixed on the same day; something that could not wait. We appreciate that service.

I had low tire pressure and drove directly to Lex Brodies on Kalihi street for assistance. While there I'd asked about getting a saftey check. Without an appointment it is impossible. I made an appointment for safety check as suggested by my service advisor. It was a time saver because it is unlikely I would be back in my car in an hour without an appointment. I have been a customer for many years. I rely on the Kalihi location for service for oil change, battery, and whatever auto services are needed. I have always been treated with courtesy.

My husband's car desperately needed new tires. He had stopped at 2 other stores who could not accomodate him today. However, at 4:30 in the afternoon your staff at Lex Brodie helped him. You see, the front tires were dangerously bald and he was driving our children home from football practice in town back out to Wahiawa. Thank you to your courteous, helpful and hard working staff!
