Have no complaints whatsoever. Bought one new tire, had oil changed, and they rotated my tires. It was promised in 2-1/2 hrs and it was done in 2 hrs.

I made an appointment for an oil change. I came in about 15 minutes early hoping I wouldn't be inconveniencing the staff; "Absolutely not", said the staff member. The entire staff Was courteous and made you feel at home. This was my second visit at Lex Brodie's. They can count having a new repeat customer. It was a great experience!!

Service was performed phenomenally quick. Scheduled my car for a check up on the battery and steering before a safety check. Found out the battery was barely outputting 10V and the steering toe was already .1 greater than the recommended ranges. 60 minutes and $250 covered everything- battery was replaced, toe was adjusted and the steering wheel was center again, and finally the safety check was completed. The adjusted numbers for the steering was shown to me before and after work, and I felt it immediately while on the road. As Lex Brodies puts it, "Thank you...very much!"

Love these guys. Always great service. Finished the work when they said they would and steered me away from work that I didn't actually need right now.
