They told me they priced matched and were able to confirm the order and when I called the week of they said yes everything is good just come in.... When I came in the story changed and the manager cancelled my order so I was without tires. I went ahead with whatever was available and told them to let me know if the break brake pads needed changing. They said they would call but once more no call. When I picked up the car they had a confused look when I asked about the brakes but then said must be fine!

I got a flat tire. REALLY flat; I'm lucky I was able to make it to Lex Brodie's. I had bought my tires there, and they repaired it at no charge, no questions asked. Great customer service and efficient. Super-convenient to downtown too; my co-worker picked me up from Lex Brodie's and gave me a ride to work. I highly recommend Lex Brodie's and will continue going there for tires & brake service.

Assistant Manager Eddie P. and the other members of the Lex Brodie's team were fantastic. First of all, I did not have an appointment but Eddie found a way to squeeze me in for an oil change and safety inspection. The techs found that I would need to change my brakes and Eddie left me a message asking if I wanted the front brakes done because they could do it that afternoon (again he managed to squeeze it in) but otherwise, my car's work was completed. The brake work went past their normal 6:00 p.m. closing time and they THANKED me for my patience - I was the one who was very grateful that Eddie and the team were able to get the work done on my car!

I telephoned for a spur-of-the-moment tire change. The scheduler was very friendly and advised of a short delay. When I arrived, I was immediately met by Cooper who checked availability of the necessary tires and explained what was needed. The Customer Lounge was comfortable and I was able to watch the Sunday game. The price of the Toyo tires was very competitive and the car feels great on the road.
