I was very disappointed in my service. I was given a 2-hour wait time so I stayed in the lounge. After 3 hours, I checked on the status of my car. I was then told that it would be another 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes, I was called. So nearly 3 1/2 hours later, I asked to see the Manager. I explained that this was excessively long after being told initially that it would be a 2-hour wait. He explained that my type of filter wasn't stocked so it had to be picked up. Being that my appointment was scheduled, I don't understand why there isn't a better process in getting needed parts for scheduled appointments. I also informed the Manager that a status update after 2 hours would have been a nice courtesy since it sounded like they knew that my car would take longer than the promised time. He explained that they keep parts in stock for the more common cars like Toyotas, Fords, Chevys, etc. Well, thank you for telling me after the fact. I won't bring my non-Toyota, non-Ford, non-Chevy car to Lex Brodie again then.
