The service representative was courteous, and with a smaller than usual crowd of customers after Christmas, the repair work (I was told that there was a screw in my front tire) was done in a timely fashion. The one problem that I have consistently had with Lex Brodie's is that the air pressure in the tire(s) after the work is never consistent with the other tires on the car. The air pressure for the repaired or new tire is usually much higher, as was the case in my most recent experience. Letting out the air out of one tire was not difficult, but matching the air pressure for four new tires (done earlier this year) was much more of a painful experience.

I was so happy they were done really fast I thought I would have to wait 2 hours 15 min but they were done in an hour. I had a flat tire and they took me right away. I was very pleased.

I came back 2 and a half hours after I dropped my car off for a scheduled appointment, not after a call but just to check up on the progress of the service. I came in for two new rear tires and an alignment. I found my car with one of the windows rolled down, and the lady at the front that helped me, while kind, wasn't able to give me a straight answer if my car was done. It feels as though they did an alignment as well, but that could also be a $90 placebo. At least at Costco I can get a cheap meal at the same time, probably won't get any extra dings and scratches on my wheels after every new set of tires I purchase. I'm giving a 2 star rating because the tires are good and do offer plenty of grip. Thanks, thanks a lot guys.

all I had done was to replace a tire which I brought in!, the management offered to put the tire back on by truck and put the spare in place, for no charge, this kind of thing is what makes lex Brodie who they are, a local company which goes the extra mile., (thank you very much!!!)
