It was heartbreaking that the guys at Lex Brodie's couldn't help me with the issues I had with my car, however they were expert enough to know the probable cause to my problem and the cost involved. They did advise me on who to call to get the help I needed and they were spot on as well. The staff at Brodie's were also very understanding on my grief (ultimately had to junk my car) and were even cool enough to let me use their restroom before I walked away in defeat. They refused to allow me throw my money away on a quick cheap fix that may or may not work. Thank you Lex Brodie's for all your help and understanding!

Lots of places sell tires but very few places offer Lex's wonderful customer-care. Everyone is friendly and informed and I know they are giving me the same advice they would give a friend. And, it must be a great to work because the staff sticks around. Thank YOU...a lot!

Friendly staff. waited a little longer than expected for my tires to arrive but service was fast otherwise! So wasnt any big deal, the waiting area had a/c and plenty seats with a tv (the news was on at the time).

Cooper was outstanding from recommending a towing company to getting my tires changed in time for my daughter's birthday party. I will recommend Lex Brodie to my family and friends. Stuart

Yes I definitely will return! Courteous and helpful workers as busy as Lex Brodies was that morning + I had no appointment- had flat tire that needed to be removed and replaced on rim with new tire bought there.
