Been here a couple times before and service is usually 5-star quality, but this time... My car was in for the SuperGreen oil change treatment and inspections and whatnot and that went great. But then they were also checking out my a/c as the fan blows but compressor doesn't engage. Dropped it off on a Friday, they called the next day saying the usual test didn't show any problems and their a/c expert wouldn't be in until Monday and I should expect a call then. Monday came and went - no call - I called Tuesday and was told someone would call me back; no call back. Waited Wednesday, no call. Thursday I called and was transferred to a voicemail - no call back. Friday I called and was transferred to the voicemail again. I waited an hour then called back anyway and finally made contact with someone who could answer my questions. I was told more diagnostics would need to be done - was it something that needed a whole week, I asked. That was never directly answered...Saturday I finally learned what I needed to know about the a/c and the next steps necessary and picked it up Sunday. I felt like if I hadn't been persistent in calling my car would still be in the shop. The service is usually great here, but this experience goes in the "disappointed" drawer. On top of that, the check engine light was on when I turned it in, they noticed and notated it on the invoice, citing it as possibly related to the a/c issue, but didn't mention it afterward, me thinking it'd be fixed in the SuperGreen check procedure as its probably emissions-related. I asked them and they said it'd need a whole other appointment.
