Scheduled a safety inspection online for 730am on the last day before my sticker expired. There was a glitch and they double booked. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Said it would take close to 2 hours so I got breakfast at the Pancake House and went to City Mill. Got a call a little over an hour later that my car was ready. Thanks for a good experience. I won't wait until the last day to get an inspection next time.

I had experienced a flat tire right across the street and was so pressed for time, when i drove in on my spare tire i was greeted by Malia she explained it would take at least 2 hours to wait cause they were very busy, a good sign business is strong,i explained my situation and needed to go to hospital for my grandma and she said that it was okay to drive close by on spare and said she would call me when it was clear and would only take me 30 minutes for tire replacement and rotation and she did,,timing worked out great for grandma and me and was so happy with the speedy service and will come back for all tire needs ..

I went in for a brake job, tire rotation, and to check my tires for a slow leak as my tire pressure gauge monitor had lit up on the dash. I asked about how long the job was going to be, because I would have to wait in the lobby as I had no one to pick me up. They said they wouldn't want me to have to wait around and offered a Hertz rental for the duration of the job which may take longer than the two hour estimate. I was thinking, WOW!....that was awesome as there wasn't to many service centers that would offer that to their customers! Thank you!

I had to get my safety check. I went to JL in Kaneohe.... Major mistake...Needless to say my car failed and I had 30 days to fix the "issues". I got a quote for the fixes and it was over $900.00. I forgot to mention that I had gotten a safety check at the same place last Dec. My son recommended Lex Brodie's. I took my car in and was so surprised. Everyone was so helpful. They explained everything, gave me a quote, took my car right away the next day, and fixed everything for less than they quoted. I have to go back when I get the money for new tires. I can honestly say the attention I got from everyone far exceeded my expectations. I will recommend Lex Brodie's to anyone. P. S. I had to take my car back to JL to get my check finished. It only took 3 tries to get someone to sign it off.

I was very impressed with the recent service received to get my safety check done at the Queen St. location. Everyone was fast, efficient and friendly, and the job was completed sooner than promised. Will definitely recommend to others!
