Took my car, even though I forgot to make an appointment. They really helped me out.

Service I received for my problem was excellent and cost was a pleasant surprise.

Other repair shops did not have the tires to fit my car available in the same brand (2 of one brand, 2 of another) and did not seem very excited about obtaining 4 of the same brand for me. Mr. Rose had the tires I wanted, at a fair price, and took good care of me. I'll be back.

Excellent service; I have 20-year old truck and they went out of their way to find me tires in my price range...they were also very nice!

I've used Lex Brodie twice now for safety checks and at both times they were fast, the employees are helpful and friendly. If you plan to wait for your car, they have a waiting room with complimentary coffee, wifi and tv.

This was my first time at Lex Brodies and I heard of this place from my sister but I think she was talking about the Brodies in Pearl city. Anyways I searched on there website and they had a lot of deals going on. It's amazing actually, but maybe because it was around the holidays! If you ever plan on going lex brodies check for coupons first. So I called to make an appointment and I asked what specials apply for the specific Tire I was getting, which I wanted BF Goodrich. So as I was talking to the lady I was unsure of which tires to get between Uniroyal or BF Goodrich. So she confirmed my appointment assuming the tires I had requested for would be put aside. Well I ended up rescheduling my appointment then once I arrived to Lex brodies when they registered me in they said my tires that I wanted (BF Goodrich) is out of stock, so I'm thinking they sold it to someone else and had no decency to save my tires that I called 3 weeks ago for. So my options were to get Uniroyal or Michelin. I really wanted BF Goodrich since it was in my price range and I had no idea what brand Uniroyal was. Then he checked and they were out of stock for the Michelin tires, but it was available at other locations so they would need to pick it up. For that inconvenience they offered me a rental car but I honestly didn't want to but I didn't want to stay there as well. So I took the rental car. Also, my appointment was at 9 or 930 and my tires were completed at 430. So I felt I had wasted time for that day. There was a reason why I set up an early appointment. They were pretty busy since it was Saturday but I also think they should have been well prepared for me since I have called a couple times to make sure I had the right estimate for my tires. I even called a day before my appointment to ask about my tire availability. This concludes my review but they handled me with kindness, but I felt with no honesty. I think the coupons are what makes it a better service. Also as I customer I was very patient with there service and I feel like they took my patience as a weakness. Thank you I hope this helps!!
