I asked about the AAA special and showed the staff the page from the AAA booklet. They said they needed the coupon. I was told by AAA to show the page and that would be sufficient and this is what I told the check in staff. Finally, someone said they would honor the AAA special if the entire page would be removed which was done. I called AAA afterwards to confirm that the page was sufficient. Also, I mentioned that the car stuttered like the way it does if one doesn't down shift in a standard when I backed up ONE time. This is an automatic. They kept saying "rattled" and I kept saying "stuttered" and described what I meant. Maybe I should have "shuttered." When I picked up the car, the note said they could not find the rattle. When I spoke to someone, the response was "oh, a computer test is necessary and there is a charge for that." Staff is not listening to the customer. Car was ready as promised.
