As always... EXCELLENT service! On this trip I went in for a diagnosis because I was having an intermittent problem. Well, the problem didn't show so there was no diagnosis to be made... so I drove off with no charge whatsoever. How many shops do that anymore?

I went in for a safety check, without an appointment, after having been turned down elsewhere. I was greeted promptly, and assured I could get the safety check, but that it may be a while. I was pleasantly surprised to be on my way within 40 minutes of arriving. Thank YOU, Lex Brodie!

Ive been going to Lex Brodie for many years and have had good service there.

Staff is excellent. Software should be updated to increase efficiency. Workflow could be greatly improved as it appears the staff waits more for the orders and invoices to be processed than anything else. Service is very good but whenever I ask how long a job will take, I always get a buffered answer. It is almost always done well before the estimated time. Overall, I like the staff and service which is why I patronize Lex Brodie's. Thank you.

We've taken all our cars there for every need. Very honest and friendly staff. Although we've had some big expenses there, they always attempt to work with us to cut down on costs. They try very hard to work with the customer.
