I took my car in because I had to jumpstart it a couple times the day before. I asked them to check the battery and charging system. I received a call that my car was ready about an hour later, and was told that everything was fine. I said that something must be wrong if I had to jumpstart it (lights, etc were NOT left on, so I know that was not the reason). I was assured that the tests showed everything was fine. When I get my car and attempt to start it up, I notice that it sounds "sluggish." So I turn it off and start it again... click, click, click, click. Same exact problem I brought it in for. So now after calling me down there to pickup my car, I have to wait for an hour while they actually fix it this time. I end up suggesting that it might be the battery, because when I dropped the car off I left it running, and it was probably fully charged at that time. I'm not a mechanic and I'm troubleshooting the issue with a service tech. It ends up being the battery. It's apparent to me that not much work went into fixing the problem - all I did was turn the car off and on a couple times when I picked it up and I could tell that it wasn't starting correctly. The obvious lack of effort in fixing this problem is concerning. It does not make me very confident that they actually known what they are doing and/or care.
