The Best service is always at Lex Brodies.

The service was excellent. I called in to check if they had my size tire in stock after four failed attempts to different companies and Lex Brodies did. I went in they took down my car info and was able to get me back on the road within half an hour, if not sooner. The check in person was very helpful and courteous, plus the technician was fast and efficient with his work. Much mahalos to the Kalihi staff for taking care of my vehicle needs!

Everything is by appointment only now but they took me in anyway and right away for safety check. Always have great experience here, waiting room is clean and staff are always friendly. Smiles all around. Thank you again for the quick service.

I dropped off a flat tire at Lex Brodie's on Saturday, fully expecting it would take several days or more before they could replace it. So, I was really surprised when they called barely two hours later to say it was ready to pick up! This is typical of the service I have received at Lex Brodie's over the years that I have used them: fast, efficient, friendly and if there ever is a problem with a repair, they take care of it immediately without hassle. My 2002 Dodge Dakota SLT truck has over 234,000 miles on the odometer and I will put many more on it, knowing that Lex Brodie's will keep it running!

Came in for a safety inspection was simply fantastic and fast in by 7:00 and out by 7:30 people working there are simply friendly treat you like family and let's you know if anything needs fixing l would definitely return for service and tires they don't do you wrong.

Service is always great here. Even when they are slammed busy, someone will at least acknowledge you and say that someone will be with you shortly. There are cheaper alternatives as far as tire prices but the follow up services far outweigh the initial costs. Free tire repair, rotation, and just the overall experience is always hassle free. Even when purchasing new tires, there is never a hard sell. They genuinely seem to want to get what fits best for you.

I especially like how you are employing more women now, have free wi-fi, are open for emergency and appointment service, and of course (most of all) the peace of mind I feel driving away with new tires - I never worry, I had it done at Lex's!
