The first time I came here when I was 22 I rolled up in a pristine Lexus LS400 & got eyed out by multiple "workers". Long story short, I left with a huge scratch in my tint 2 feet long and was told to file a police report if I were to be compensated, if at all. Rather than go thru the hassle I decided to let my dollar speak for it by never bringing my business back nor letting anyone in my car club come here... For years! Time went by and I eventually gave lex Brodie's another try because I suppose we all deserve another chance. I'm glad I did because I have received great service since. I have bought tires here multiple times and have received complementary work done a couple times by dedicated mechanics. I came just last week and was in and out in less than half an hour and they even dressed my tires for free. Sweet! This crew seems to be very harmonious and have alot of aloha. I'll be back again. Everyone I have dealt with there is very pleasant and professional even though they are very busy. Great to be able to drive in and leave car to get safety check rather than waiting weeks at other places for an appointment.

Justin, my son, went online and purchased my 4 tires and we had them changed at Lex Brodie's while we had breakfast nearby. The service dept. also found out my brakes were bad so they changed it as well. Great service and with an added discount from online purchasing too. I didn't know Lex Brodie had that service. More people should know about it.

I called hoping they had a tire for my car the rear is size not normally stocked. I called he told me they did, however when I got there found out it was for a 18 not a 19 inch. He called found out the Queens Street location had it they put on my spare, ordered the tires and put them on. I dropped my car off early and just walked down the street to my office.

Very friendly made to feel like a valued customer. Work hard to resolve any problem. Definitely go above and beyond usual customer service standards. Will continue to use for all vehicle service
