Friendly and fast service.

Lex Brodie's has always had a friendly, helpful person take our incoming phone calls. The people calling us, when our car was done, were just as friendly and efficient! It has always been a pleasure taking my cars there.

Wish they would've gone over what they did on the service for my car and if they found anything. Other then that service was good.

We noticed that the safety check on one of our vehicles was about to expire at the end of this month so we made a beeline to Lex Brodie's Tire, Brake and Service Company. We didn't have an appointment and expected to have to leave our vehicle for several hours. As usual, this place was hopping and there were several service attendants going about helping customers ahead of us. They took our contact information as we checked in our vehicle and told them that we were here to get a safety inspection for 2016. The associate informed us that there would be a wait of at least an hour and a half to two hours. No problem..we had business to take care of in downtown Honolulu which is just a few blocks away. As we were walking about town, we received a phone call that our vehicle was ready for pick up! It had only been an hour that passed. Luckily, we had completed our business transactions and returned to pick up our vehicle. We've always gotten friendly, fast, efficient and honest services from Lex Brodie's (in Honolulu and Aiea). We wouldn't hesitate bringing our vehicle back for future safety checks or tires or other services. #436

Why is there no 1/2 star? It took almost three weeks to get my truck back. The waiting message while on hold is dreadful. I dont even want to fly Hawaiian anymore. I had to listen to it several times for over 10 minuts while on hold awaiting status on repairs. Answer? Uhhh...not ready. I would not recommend you to a friend
