Fantastic customer service! I got an appointment right away (I did book online) and when I arrived I was helped quickly. We discussed all of my concerns with my car and we made a plan for diagnosing the problems. I had time to spare so waiting wasn't a problem for me. There are nice chairs (even massage ones), wifi, and TV. Pretty good setup! The staff was extremely helpful and upfront with issues and cost quotes. After they told me all I needed done, I agreed to the quote (which was a good price for all that I had done) and they set me up with a rental car and off I went! My car was done early the next day and everything is great! I'm so glad I found LB online - the reviews and recommendations were helpful! I'll definitely be recommending this shop to my friends!
