I have been to Lex Brodie's many times for my car needs. Cooper helped me yesterday. He is always friendly and helpful. Did a safety check and oil change. The staff is friendly too.

I really appreciated their accomodating me with drop-off service.

Service was excellent. From the time I arrived, I was greeted and taken care of what I needed for my tires. Waiting room was very nice with air-conditioning, TV and coffee/water was offered. Will recommend Lex Brodie to my family and friends.

Queen street staff led by Cooper went out of their way to get the job done !! First class in service The operation runs like a well oiled machine Took advantage of their lounge and the job was completed on time

I came in to purchase new tires and spoke to Chelsea. She was extremely helpful when answering all of my questions and concerns about the condition of my car. I was under the impression that I needed all four changed, but she explained that only the front two were in need of replacing. I was very appreciative that I was not being persuaded to purchase more than necessary and left feeling confident about my new tires. I also signed up for email reminders about getting my tires rotated every 6 months and appreciate the service given. I would highly recommend coming back to the Pearl Ridge location. Very helpful and super friendly for going on such a busy afternoon.

Made an appointment for 2:00 for an oil change and safety check. Had my brother take in my car to find that they had some how "lost my appointment" and that it was going to be 2 and a half hours till the next available one. After everything was done they said I needed two new tires before they could pass my safety check which was fine but then they said that it was going to be another 2 hours.. Something that should have taken maybe an hour on a busy day turned into an all day event along with me being stuck at work. Not very satisfied *update* I went to pick up my car after i had made this review at 5:00pm to find that basically nothing had been done. I had half a safety inspection completed and the two new tires put on the car. They weren't even balanced yet. I told them to forget the oil change because I just wanted to leave at this point. The lady at the front desk is the only reason I would even think about giving this place two stars. She was very polite and apologetic she gave me a discount on the tires along with 50% off my next oil change... Over all this place really needs new management. I didn't end up leaving the place until 6:00pm. And I left with unfinished work. I understand that they were busy but they MUST learn how to prioritize their customers. The ones who made an appointment go FIRST! Will not return.
