Excellent service! They also patched my tire and surprisingly ... there was no charge! Lex Brodie's is great.

When we arrived on island in 1974, the first business we needed was lex Brodie. From our first experience we believed that that "thank you, very much" was indeed how they felt about our business. I do not believe that they have fixed something that was not necessary and sold me over priced tires that were not needed for my vehicle. My questions have always been answered in a pleasant manner . Trust earned, trust kept is still alive at Lex Brodie.

Great customer service and my car was done exactly at the time the service consultant said.

Short explanation : Came in knowing there were brake/rotor/other wheel issues, A/C issues, and probably alignment. A large order. Happy customer service staff even though they were busy. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of (especially with the stigma of being a girl in her own). Yes, pricy work, but realistic price for very necessary work. It will be cheaper in the long run for sure. Conclusion : Absolutely recommend. I was glad I had an idea what to ask about, but they explained everything clearly to me. Thumbs up! Probably could be a 5 star, but only because I waited so long. I was told up front about the wait, and I made sure I didn't have any other errands to run, or any where else to go, but it was still a long wait. Not terrible, as they have a good waiting area. Longer explanation : Fantastic customer service! I got an appointment right away (I did book online) and when I arrived I was helped quickly. We discussed all of my concerns with my car and we made a plan for diagnosing the problems. I had time to spare so waiting wasn't a problem for me. There are nice chairs (even massage ones), wifi, and TV. Pretty good setup! The staff was extremely helpful and upfront with issues and cost quotes. After they told me all I needed done, I agreed to the quote (which was a good price for all that I had done) and they set me up with a rental car (from enterprise right down the street, and they drive you to/from the shop) and off I went! My car was done early the next day and everything is great! I'm so glad I found LB online - the reviews and recommendations were helpful! I'll definitely be recommending this shop to my friends!

Service was excellent

Oil leak cost me over $300 and loss of one and a half days work time. Next day, took to another shop. Fixed for $150 and not more leaks.

Service crew did not know how to fix oil leak. charged over $300 for a temporary fix. Took it to another shop the next morning. Fixed for $150. lost 1 1/2 days of work. If the mechanic does not know the how to solve the problem, should have said so. Temporary fix would have been OK so I could take my car to a certified shop. Ended up needing 3 new top seals. It wasn't the oil pan or oil pump. Very bad & costly experience.
