The kalihi lex's brodie through my experience in the past years had been nothing but excellent due to the professional service and personality giving a little more then you expect (like going that extra mile) and making sure that you understand what their doing to your car and not leave you guessing aloha!!

Options to replace 2 tires in stock. Job completed at time promised. Even removed a screw from one of my old tires at no charge.

I telephoned your Pearlridge store and spoke to Serena. She helped me with finding out if the tires I wanted was in stock. She was very helpful in providing me the information on my tires and helping me set up my appointment for the next day. When I arrived the next morning, it was busy. Every employee acknowledged me and said "someone will be with you in a moment". The girl who helped me (Leolani???) was very nice and helpful. When she looked up my information, she turned to Serena and told her that "Isa was here for his 8:00 appointment", and then she turned to me and said "that is Serena, the person who helped set up your appointment". It was nice. When my car was finished, Serena helped me. She was very friendly. Great experience from start to end.

Excellent customer service from RHR, was very personable, patient, attentive, informative and busy. :) Kept me updated throughout the process, followed through as my vehicle progressed even though he was very, very busy with other customers on the run, in and out and back and forth. Was very impressed as how he never lost composure and yet seemed to assist in all areas of the process, while still balancing all the other customers along with there processes. Will recommend and be a customer of Lex Brodies Waipahu from now on.

The staff were very professional and courteous. My kid and I were in and out in about 30 mins. I will definitely recommend lex to my friends.
