I had originally come in to purchase 4 tires. 3 were in stock. I paid for all 4 tires and had 2 tires installed immediately, took the 3rd tire home with me for safe keeping, and was told that I would be called when the 4th had arrived. I was not called. I sent an email from a link in your website to inquire about the timing of the 4th tire. I did not nor have ever received a response. I called 3 times. Each time I was told that they would research and give me a call back. I never received a call back. On my 4th attempt I was finally able to get an answer that the 4th tire had arrived and was in stock. I finally managed to get this done. However, it was with a great deal of frustration and inconvenience. I have always used Lex Brodies for my tires on all of my vehicles and have had nothing be great results. Until now. I am very surprised at the lack of service. I can understand if someone forgot to call me when the 4th tire arrived as this is probably a highly unusual situation. However, when I call 3 times and am promised a call back each time and not receive a call back, that is plain poor customer service.
