I waited until the end of the month (10/31/15 - a Saturday to boot) to get a safety check and went to Lex Brodie's town location expecting a 3 hour wait. Instead, I was greeted promptly and courteously by staff and waited in the lounge with free Wi-Fi. The total safety check time was less than an hour and I was on my way. Great service. Thanks!

I just went in for a safety check, got there 45 minutes before the 7 am opening. But the staff person was nice enough to get me preregistered right then so my car would be ready for inspection at opening time. Very nice of him to do this, sorry I didn't get his name. Mahalo!

Really appreciate the quickness of the staff. There was a long line in the morning, but you can tell the staff was working as fast as they could without sacrificing quality customer service. I did a drop off because they said they could do the safety inpsection within the day. I thought I was told they were going to call me when my car was ready, but I didn't get a call and had to call at the end of my work day. Luckily they have great hours so was able to pick up after work and not rush before they closed.

Your employee, Blossom, at the Waipahu store was very helpful and courteous. I really appreciate her friendliness and courtesy.
