i am always pleased with the personnel helping me very friendly and very helpful in person or by phone. i feel especially as a senior citizen there is no hesitation to help me. everyone is friendly and explains things that i can understand. thanks for having a smiling wonderful crew.

Just love you guys and gal (Delsi). You always do your best to give me the best deal possible on my car repairs and do a great job in keeping my old (2004) car in good working order. So, what else can I say except THANK YOU VERY MUCH :-)

They kept me waiting for two hours to fix a flat. They told me they would let me know when it was completed. They never did. I had to check for myself. My fault for trusting them. I drove a couple of blocks before I noticed my hubcap was missing. When I told them about it, the guy who inspected the flat with me prior to being fixed, lied to my face and told me I did not have the hubcap when I came in. When I called them on it, they told me that they would replace it. They never did. Everytime I look at the missing hubcap, I cring. Worst service ever. I'll never ever go back and I'm telling all my people. Thanks for nothing. Bunch of A-holes!

Folks did a great job. Very pleased with the service and the friendliness of your crew.

Glad we found a place close to home to check our air conditioner as the air was not getting colder on the lowest temperature. Stone "Cooper" Masani was very helpful in seeing that we were taken care of and even had someone back up the car so we could pull out of your station easily. Mahalo from two senior citizens!
