Lex Brodie's Tire Co is very competent, easy to work with and superior in the job that they do!! I would definitely recommend!!

Took my 2016 Honda Pilot in for rear brakes, brake fluid flush, and alignment (Saturday 7:30 AM drop-off, done same day). They called before replacing the rotors as promised, and the alignment printout showed everything in spec. Straightforward experience, satisfied with the work. Thank you, Ronnell, Paka and Jordan.

Poor customer service, so bad that I left. I stood in line while three girls at their computer couldn't even acknowledge me. After 5 minutes of waiting and watching them ignore phone calls and just stare at their computers, I left. If you can't even acknowledge a customer with all your signs telling folks where the line is… it's a huge indicator that you are prioritizing the wrong thing. I use to work in customer service and a simple “we will be right with you” goes an extremely long way to acknowledge the customer service. Studies have shown customers are willing to wait a lot longer in line or even be more satisfied if they are acknowledged.

I had a really great experience here!Angelo, my tire tech, and Charlie, my salesperson, were both amazing from start to finish. Charlie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and he made the whole process easy and stress free. Angelo did an excellent job installing all of my new tires, and Brad took care of my alignment. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how everyone made sure everything was done right. The customer service was outstanding, and I never felt rushed or pressured. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and made the entire experience smooth. My car drives great, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Huge thank you to Angelo, Charlie, and Brad for going above and beyond! It’s hard to find this level of customer service anymore, and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others. Five stars!

I had a appointment for oil change at lex brodies waipahu,i drop-off my car 7:00am and it takes them 10-1/2 hours to complete the service i will never ever again make any business to the place costumer service is very poor

They were able to get me in for a state inspection last minute. Everyone was super fast and friendly!

I would like to give a big shout-out to Samson, the supervisor at the Lex Brodie's Waipahu locaton, for providing me with such excellent customer service. He was professional, helpful and made sure I was well taken care of. I truly appreciate the great customer service and the way he went above and beyond to assist me. Today, Saturday I went to your store at kakaako area looking for repair a flat tire. When I got there, the representative told me that they could not fix the tire and I would have to buy a new one. Understood and agree. However, he told me that they did not have the tire quoted in stock and I would have to go to Aiea store. He looked at the system and it showed 02 of the tires he quoted me in stock at Aiea. Asked him to please call the store and put a hold on one that I would go there right after he finish with me. He then told me to speak with a representative named “Char”??. When I arrived at the Aiea store, spoke with this incompetent representative. She mentioned that she had spoke with the other guys at kakaako store. Went to the paper process, paid in advance for the service and waited at the store for the service to be done. One hour and forty minutes later she called may attention (while at store waiting area) saying that “we do not have the 02 tires in stock” that was previously quoted and confirmed from the system. ONE HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES LATER!!!! This is an example of incompetence service. Confess that, comparing the service at Midas (as well as American Tire), this company has a lot to learn a lot on hiring and training a competent individual on how to do the correct job !! Extremely disappointed and will do everything possible in NOT COMING BACK to any of Lex Brodie’s store. Waste almost 02 hours due to an incompetent and unprofessional service. Good luck! Went in to have my brakes looked at and an oil change, guy was off the bat extremely dismissive and said if this was the first time replacing the brakes I would need the works done and it would be $1,000. I am not in the position to pay that amount so I asked if they could just replace the back ones he straight up told me no and if they even took the tires off to look at everything they would not put them back on and I would have to have my car towed out of there. I then asked them to just do the oil change then and he again said no they would not even work on the car unless I replaced the brakes. Sat there for an hour for them to refuse to even touch my car. Would give -1 stars if I could.
