I'm a repeat customer who has come to trust Lex Brodie's for your service quality. Something happened on this last visit that resulted in my being refunded for a wheel alignment that was performed on my vehicle. I was pleased with the quick action that my attendant took to rectify the matter to my satisfaction. For this, I am glad to award the highest rating for your service. I believe the matter that I raised with the attendant could be resolved with more training of personnel who assess customers' needs upon arrival. The person who checked me in explained that the $90 "warranty" (which supposedly included the alignment) was necessary and part of having my tires changed. I repeatedly sought clarification, to which he replied that I could accept the $90 charge, or upgrade it to a $149 warranty. When I specifically questioned the alignment, he said it was part of the $90 warranty. The attendant who finalized my bill explained it differently and was happy to refund the cost of the alignment. This has not negatively changed my view towards Lex Brodie's service, as you still have my loyalty. I wish you continued good fortune with your business.
