I am very pleased with the service I received. I asked Kekoa about my windshield wiper noise and he told me as long it's not streaking, don't replace it. I am pleased that he is not pushing the sale and think for me. Mahalo for the service. The waiting room is nice for people who are waiting for their service. I brought my iPad and I use the free WiFi to watch movie which was good!

I appreciated the quick service to replace the tire after the sidewall was torn, but was very disappointed that I was charged (overcharged ?) to replace the lug bolt that broke off. It had only been two months or so since your shop rotated the tires, I feel that the nut was cross-threaded when it was replaced and some of the responsibility falls on your company. It also seems that the labor charge of $140/hr. is quite excessive. The entire process took less than one hour to replace the tire and bolt/nut (cost $12).

I'm glad I took my car to Lex Brodie's in Honolulu, because they did an outstanding job putting a new four tires to my car. Previously, I went to Sears in Pearlridge and I think they did not do as good of a job replacing my tires. Thanks Lex Brodie's staff!!!

Never have I felt like I could trust an Auto Shop until I came here! They really wanted to do what's best for my car and my wallet!

Everyone that we talked to here were really friendly. 2 negatives (hence the 2 stars knocked off) though: Firstly, I used the online calendar on their website to book an appointment. Easy enough. I received a confirmation email immediately after booking the appointment along with an email reminder the morning of my appointment and a text message reminder the morning of. All the reminders were very handy and appreciated. However, when I showed up there was no sign of my having been booked in their computers. They were very friendly and informed me that I could drop my car off but because I didnt have an appointment in their computer, my car would be put in the long line of cars waiting for service. So we decided to leave our car there at 10:30am (which was supposed to be our scheduled appointment time). We waited across the street at pearlridge (convenient location!) At 2:30pm, we decided to call because it seemed to be taking a while. When we called is when the mechanic took a look at our car. We were then told the part that we needed would need to be ordered in and they wouldn't be able to do anything today. 4 hours wait with no fix...boo.

Came in because one of my tires THEY installed was wearing irregularly and wore out after only a year and a half, I wanted to buy a new tire but they told me they would only warranty the tire if I got an alignment. That sounded reasonable so I said ok. They then told me I needed a new tire, a new control arm, and an alignment... which ended up costing over $500 if I wanted a warranty. They told to come back after a certain number of miles for a free rotation and they would recheck my alignment. Fast forward 10 months the same tire wearing the same way as before and I don't want it to get as bad as the old one so I ask them to give me the free tire rotation and alignment check they promised. They then tell me they won't rotate it because it's worn and they want the good tires on the back and that they won't warranty anything and that I need new tires and alignment. This is after only 10 months... Never spending another dime here.
