I am a regular customer. Got a written estimate 4 weeks before I could afford my shocks and alignment. Estimate dated 3 months earlier (no way), then told to sign a waiver of a written estimate..? WTH? I was told I would get good quality monroe shocks. I also asked for a wheel rotation, tires are new but I am late for rotation. Called afternoon about 2pm, was told I could not make a res. and I would get a call back, no call. I showed up early, and was rushed through check in. explained again, I was told I would get good monroes, and again asked for a rotation. She hesitated, said "if your tires are old maybe not". I kept reminding her, it was difficult to get her to write it down. I went walking and returned to be sure they had in stock what I was promised. Eddie said he ordered them. Upon pick up was told I had different shocks, and but everything was complete. I was frustrated. Although it was on the invoice, my tires were not rotated. MY TIRES WERE NOT ROTAED! I was not charged for a rotation, but they said it was complete and is written as serviced. I found my shocks online for $21.00, the ones you charged me $68.00 for, and they are the cheapest ones available. I used to feel very trusting of Lex Brodies. Mr Brodie probably wouldn't remember my name, but I have had conversations with him. I am sad that I will be searching for other options to service my vehicles.
