See pic of front brake pads above! These were suggested to be repaired yesterday after I took my truck in for rear brake squealing. I was told rear brakes were fine but my front had problems after 4 hours for an estimate/check. I picked up my truck and it squeaked pulling out of their driveway but I didn't have time to stop back in, since it took all day for the damn estimate. The rears are hard to work on which is why I took it there in the first place. My husband already inspected them and saw that one of the drums were cracked! We don't have a garage where we live and my son has some medical stuff going on and we were trying to save the extra work!!! My husband can and will now be repairing them himself! Anyway, did work on front tie rods today and decided to replace the fronts and this pic is what was removed from my truck today. One day after I was told the fronts since I trust what I was told and I was told they were a problem!!! Next week we are checking the rear brakes with another mechanic but I guarantee they are the culprit! So my guess is I would pay for the front and it would still squeak so then I can be told it's the back and would've paid for both repairs! I'm pissed off and feel like, had I not been raised by a mechanic I would've been swindled. I want to support local and have always had great service their but man did they strike out this time I've been going to Lex Brodie's for years but not going back to Waipahu unless I get an explanation as to what the hell happened?!?!

The service was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The traffic on Kam Highway was awful, but it was worth it to purchase my tires from Lex Brodies!
