I just came in for a safety check but it took 70 minutes from the time of my appointment. I was there 15 minutes early too so it was a long morning just for one task. Thank goodness I didn't ask for any other service.

I have been here three times this year and I have been completely satisfied with the excellent service and professional work done on my car. I have been to numerous auto shops throughout the years and I always felt like I was just another paying customer and I always felt questionable after having done some auto repairs there. At Lex Brodies Waipahu, they always took the time to explain in easy terms what my car problems were and what my options were. All the the staff were friendly as well. Great service as a legacy carried down over time. Its great to see that it is still alive and well. Just when I thought it could get worse, the great employees are Lex pitched in to make it work. At first a simple water pump replacement then because a leaking metal hose connector. It was late and they still accommodated me by continuing to work on it. Plus when it turned out that the part was not going to be in till a few days, they put me in a car rental that took care of me over the weekend. In the end the job was well done and with as little interruption as possible. Thanks to all the good folks at Lex!

Very friendly and efficient service from all staff! Chris, lead tech at Waipahu, overheard me ask about how to reset the radio after changing a battery and immediately stepped forward and volunteered to do it for me despite being very busy. His extra service was much appreciated!

Called in this morning to make an appt to buy tired, get them mounted, balanced, rotated, and most importantly an alignment. Scheduled my appointment for next Tuesday. However, I asked if I could stop by to ensure they had my tires in stock. They responded sure. When I arrived I was greeted by a nice lady and she showed me who to talk to. This is where KEVIN introduced himself and assisted me with whatever I needed. I told Kevin that several weeks ago I spoke to Cooper and placed an order for two tires and what he quoted me. So, Kevin patiently searched their database and what do you know they kept my info in the computer. Next thing I know Kevin let me choose which tire I wanted and got me squared away in less than in a hour and a half. I'm am ecstatic to know that there are people out there that are very passionate about their profession and have the utmost professionalism and respect for their customers...MAHALO NUI LOA KEVIN!! You helped me save about $60 for a rental and gas for a day if I had waited until Tuesday to get my tires done. Your patriotism, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills have gained you a loyal customer. I'll be back in a month or two to buy two more tires. Way to share your "ALOHA SPIRIT!!"
